The sister of sprinter Sophie Papps has set up a World Championships prediction competition to help raise money for the Fund

The Ron Pickering Memorial Fund has another generous donor running the London Marathon in order to raise money for the foundation.

Holly Papps, the sister of Great Britain international sprinter Sophie Papps, is supporting the work of the RPMF in attempting to raise £1400.

The RPMF helps raise funds for aspiring Olympians, assisting them to make a smooth transition from the junior level up to the senior ranks, supporting them with equipment, high-level coaching, transport as well as providing personal services in helping athletes to increase their self-esteem.

Sophie has been a recipient of the Jean Pickering Olympic Scholarship, along with discus thrower Zane Duquemin, high jumper Chris Kandu, sprint hurdler David Omoregie and multi-eventer John Lane.

Holly has also set up a World Championships prediction competition and requires entrants to donate £5 to the cause before sending their first, second and third predictions for each event to her, with the winner set to receive a £25 Sweatshop voucher.

To submit a donation, visit justgiving.com/holly-papps-x and send competition entries to hollyrpmf@hotmail.com.

All competition submissions should be completed by Friday August 21.
