Walking onto the dark and cold track is not something I thought I’d look forward to
Walking onto the dark and cold track is not something I thought I’d look forward to but after a tough year I’m more than excited to be stepping outside and training. I’m now back into training properly after my operation in February, training’s going really well and it’s great fun to be back in a team now and training with my group.
In my last blog I spoke about working on all the little things. This has benefited me massively, I’ve been able to focus on small goals and see vast improvements in my training and my recovery!
There’s no better feeling than noticing the change in training after a long period of not doing much!
I’m pleased to be helping my sister with her prep for the marathon in which she is running for RPMF, we are working on loads of fun and different ways to raise lots of money for the RPMF!
She’s braver than me running a marathon! but I’ll never say never..
